One2en offers Public Relations (PR) services, including but not limited to:
- Retainer-based PR services.
- One-time press release distribution.
- Spokesperson profiling, company and product promotion, media relations, and event participation.
- Content creation, media pitching, and consultation services.
Service Agreements
- Each service engagement is subject to a signed agreement or contract that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees.
- For retainer services, payments are due as per the agreed schedule, typically on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full as per the invoice terms provided.
- One-time press release distribution services require full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Retainer services require advance payment at the start of each billing cycle.
- Late payments may attract additional charges or a suspension of services until dues are cleared.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for services rendered.
For prepaid services, cancellations may be subject to deductions based on work already completed at the time of cancellation request.
Client Obligations
To ensure effective delivery of our services, the client must:

- Maintain reputationAvoid any action that may compromise the objectives or reputation of One2en during the course of engagement.
Confidentiality

Intellectual Property
Any content, campaigns, or materials developed by One2en remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment is received.
Clients may use the deliverables for the intended purpose upon full payment, but must credit One2en where applicable.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
While One2en strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for every client, the following disclaimers apply to the nature of PR and media services:
- No Guaranteed PlacementsWe do not guarantee media placements, publication timelines, or the nature of editorial coverage. All media decisions rest with the respective editorial teams.
- External FactorsResults are influenced by factors beyond our control, such as editorial discretion, current news cycles, and third-party platform policies.
Termination of Services
- Mutual Termination RightEither party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the terms outlined in the specific service agreement.
- Early TerminationIn the event of early termination by the client, the client is liable for payment of all completed work and any applicable cancellation fees as defined in the agreement.
